研究の経緯
道路整備、公園管理、都市計画、スマートシティ海外展開等の実務に従事しつつ、研究者として、都市緑地を人々 の健康増進に貢献する回廊型に再編する環境デザイン技法と、人々の健康づくりを支援する社会システム要件を解 明した。人間と環境の良き相互作用をデザインすること、緑地、公園、遊歩等の都市のオープンスペースを媒介項に、環境と健康の好循環を生み出すことを目指している。
